I reckon 12-24 hrs for anchor running.
Then they've got to build the BHA, so put 6 hours there.
Trip down to seabed and start spudding. Lets say they go about 100m for the conductor, 1-5 hrs.
pull out of hole 2-3 hours.
Switch over to casing elevators 1-2 hrs. Trip in with casing- 5 hours.
Rig up Cement unit 1-2 hrs.
Pump Cement 1-2 hrs.
Switch to Pipe running Elevators - 1-2 hrs.
Tension conductor 2 hours.
Build next BHA - 6 hrs
Run in Hole - 3 hours
Drill through casing shoe- 0.5hrs - 2 hrs ( I was once on a rig where this took 6 hours because the float collar had gotten stuck on the bit and was just spinning).
Drill to 1000m - 10-40 hours
So possibly around 4-5 days from getting on site to being at 1000m, and this would be pretty quick I think.
