Now could explain to me ..
A company Signs a MOU, takes a month to do its DD .
Then signs an agreement with the other company and the Government of the area they wish to invest in .
They they say they have to go back to their own Country to get regulatory approval . On what? may I ask ..
Do Australian companies need ASX approval to invest in overseas Countries..
Now , if approval is needed to raise the 50 million , I still think they are LAX in not having this in the pipeline before signing a PSA ..
A previous poster stated that there would be no problem ..
I think he mentioned Lukas Lundin would be involved ..
Now we have another poster stating that because this company has Holdings or Minerals behind its name , it may need to change to Oil before it can raise the money ..
Very confusing and conflicting posts ..
I await your explanation , lets see how good your Forte is .
