Nice find Chopsthecat, good to see they weren't to worried back then about the seawall. Given too from other threads it's thicker that it appears as the first few meters from the road is quite shallow.
also great find on the presentation, pretty easy to read. Interesting that it appears the contamination is mainly due to placing waste in the water and not from the pit directly. Explains why levels have been declining since they first started the environmental study.
