I don't see how when shares are held in a Nominees name and holders aren't attending the meeting that they can get their Nominee to vote for Richard Cottee at an EGM where resolutions have yet to be determined. This could put a bunch of votes in the Chairman's hand or at least have them not counted as for an EGM.
