The fact remains that the Chairman has over stepped the bounds of decency with his remuneration over the last two years ($2M). Hardly performance based pay!
So I think I prefer and believe the straight shooting style of RC. Appears to have principles, has Australian roots with six kids, no personal need for buckets more cash - what motivation is there to mis-lead? Hopefully his tenacity anddedication to the task wins through.
