The thing that worries me is that our tests work too well. Here's an example..a mate of mine works as a tally clerk and they get drug tested regularly..urine. When the results come back and they contain any of the drugs tested there is a cut-off level, if you are under a certain level nothing happens to you. Basically they are saying its OK in moderation. There not interested in minor infringements that ours detects. So if they use an inferior product with worse accuracy everybody is happy. Of course Zero Tolerance would be the answer.
