Techno's argument is ended when he has to resort to name calling.

The facts of the matter are that we have had the largest ever recorded housing bubble. This will end in bust. Greed will turn to fear leading boom to bust.

It's human nature (running with the pack) and is beyond economists and Governments.

John Symonds is an honest man who had the guts to speak truthfully,(even to his own detrement) to hopefully warn those in trouble to do something now before it's too late. There will be more like him now.

Ignore his warning if you will but the property bust is under way.
