    re: the economist and the kincella housing -sue oh - and one more thing - how much rent eould one be getting on these houses - about $700 per week - which after costs, is pitifull. putting the money in the bank of course, is hopeless, as depreciation eats away at the capital. buying shares is ok, - but also easy to loose

    easier just to have had one expensive property, and then live on welfare, as the family house is ignored - and forget about trying to make a dollar
