patience is directly proportional to the time taken to make progress in this field. After all the announcement of the grant is not until sept 2016, that is if PYC even toss their cap into the ring.
The fuse is smouldering, and this firework WILL lift off well before then, after all dreams are free and hope and optimism are why we are invested in this. (along with the belief in the company etc)
I cant at the moment see too many short term downside risks... so surely an opportunity here.
