I would say if you can put the PYC goodies in the blood stream and they facilitate uptake into the cancer cells in the same stream, it eliminates a whole set of steps to prove your product works. Injecting into the tumour supposedly works, but that is hard, but not in blood tumours....this is an easy match. Go for the slam dunk if you have got one.

Also, those listed cancers have no real treatment at the moment, are everywhere, and breast is way more treatable than those curly leukaemias.
