Well that's what I don't understand, if they had really had other offers they were looking at, well why chose the speccie with limited funding? You can just sense they are just going to raise capital, rinse repeat what's happened here.
Makes me think that there probably was other offers however, they were falling on deaf ears as they were ever only going to sell it to this mob.
