Gc8 - might have to give you email to chat about this - they have been doing lots in terms of improving business processes and systems of which benefits starting to flow through but most of these savings expected to flow through in 2017 whilst head count reductions seeing much better revenue per employee as reported in audio presentation. Do you have an email as can fill you in on some other stuff.
