Have to disagree with that part of your post.
Other players acquired seismic, drilled, and walked away from the prospect.
MEO comes along, reinterprets the raw data to make it sound good, and imply that previous explorers didn't know what they were doing.
However they tried to farm it out and no takers.
In the end, it was MEO that didn't know what they were doing.
