There is no glitch to production. Any delay is because the Malaysian regulators are going to force the company to ramp up production slowly while they test everything. There was no way they were ever going to let Lynas ramp aggresively to full production in a matter of months. As I have said in the past, I would be very surprised if full phase 1 production is achieved before well into the second half of this calender year.
