I did a year before being asked to change courses or leave.

I was doing a Batchelor of Science ( Nursing).

My problem was, apart from getting under the skin of the Head of Nursing, my sexual preference was frowned upon.

7 blokes out of a 172 students ( I think that was the numbers) and only 3 blokes finished.

I have nothing against any adults in adult relationships boy/girl boy/boy or girl/girl but it was a funny coincidence that my 3 gay friends were the only ones to pass.

3rd highest in contact hours at University and the lowest paid workers with a degree.

There is a relevance to Far, I wanted this degree so I could try and get on the Oil rigs, first aid positions on the rigs paid huge money and that’s why I went down that path, I was just to much of a square peg for the round holes in the Nursing department
