There’s just not much to say atm. And constantly interacting with the same 3 people here gets quite boring if there is nothing new to discuss. The whole “Pessimists vs. optimists” debate has gotten really stale.
The people who still believe in EXR know fully well that only a Grandis JV will see a proper re-rate. That will take a lot longer than everyone wants/expects so in the meantime all the pessimists will have a great time here.
