rockme, instead of just posting your opinion without any rational thoughts, why don't you give us your reasons for thinking it will never recover?
Do you question PEN's JORC resources?
Do you question the permitting?
Do you question PEN's ability to secure funding?
Do you question the price of U308 or the future U308 market?
Do you consider the project infeasible?
Do you think the management are betraying the shareholders' best interests?
Or is this just another "gut feel"??
