Hi Nine Lives
The chart you put up shows we are currently at 4.2c and seemingly in a bearish phase. I get that.
What the chart doesn't show, what you haven't told us, is what happens next? Does the SP continue to go down? If so, how far down is it likely to go and over what time frame do you anticipate this will occur?
Looking a little further down the road, does your chart tell you that the SP can't under any circumstances again rise above 6, 8 or 10c? Could an increase occur if solid, positive, fundamental announcements are forthcoming in the coming weeks?
These are sincere questions from someone who doesn't understand charts and I'm asking for a follow up reply.
Does the chart say we will continue down until we reach 3c, 2c, 1c or zero?
I'm not saying you are wrong as I wouldn't know. I can't know. But you haven't told us where the drop in SP stops, if it stops at all before the company becomes delisted, or if it could actually turn around at some point in the future.
Without follow up clarification and without any knowledge of the companies operations, management or underlying fundamentals, at this point in time, how can you know with confidence where the SP will be in say six months time?
Please elaborate.
Regards
