What you are seeing is classic insto play. Keep the stock down, all the traders will lose patience and sell to be gobbled up by the same insto. When they think they have enough then they will release the brakes. They will keep this going until there are fewer passengers on the train. It goes faster then. If you believe in the price, then keep buying.
