Do you think Manyingee sale will happen? I have doubts because (a) binding term sheet is conditional on MTG securing finance via a CR. POU dropped dramatically since the deal was inked so they may have trouble finding investors, and (b) Manyingee was envisaged as a JV (I think) between PDN and MTG. PDN (in appearance or reality) being at death's door casts doubt on the viability of that relationship, further dissuading investors/
