    get maurice blackburn to initiate a class action on behalf of all holders who kept holding, based largely on his repeated assurances that the deal was on track, in "documentation phase"

    that's the only way AM will learn. He couldn't care less if he gets escorted from the building. He'll just move on to another company and wreck it as well.
