    Be interesting to see ASIC's response to the shareholder info released as 'binding agreement' and then 'agreement' and no mention of conditions in shareholder communications. Assume many have asked the same/similar question of ASIC as the person I emailed with then spoke to who has been assigned to this seemed waaaay too well aware of the issues and detail.
