The board was definitely outplayed by Tianqi - I fail to understand how the deal could have been changed as well. My biggest fear is that Tianqi will change the changed deal again - what measures are in place to prevent that from occuring? And could we reneg and sell to another party? I think more info will come out next week. There's not much we can do - as usual. ASIC seem to be a paper tiger.
