The fact of the matter, is, that JH was removed and Cottee voted in, with shareholders believing the company would go from strength to strength, believing that the company would be producing more oil from continued drilling, and believing there would be "enhanced shareholder value" .
In over 2 years of Cottee rule, no drilling except MK, only 200 barrels of oil per day and SP at 38c (7.6c pre consolidation) and poor communications to shareholders whilst management and board overpopulated with large overheads until "plan" activated.
