the Chinese government deploys its Frankenstein of a disease the Wuhan-400 on its own soil to its own citizens, as they spread the disease globally unknowingly, the communist leaders have bunked themselves down in a air tight room underground and are monitoring its government, police, medical and military response to the virus outbreak. 1 month later they have built 10 day hospitals, welded doors shut and dragged by froce citizen into quarantine to successfully prevent the outbreak from becoming any worse. Pandemonium sets in, the virus beings to spread globally becoming every other countries problem. Fear strikes, western governments rush to calm citizens and prepare for a mass surge on the nations hospitals, all whilst there economies and stock markets are plummeting. The hysteria is overwhelming, citizens of democracies don't obey lock downs, nurses don't show up to work for $30 an hour with a triage room full of zombies, prisons riot, shelves empty, toilet paper is the only currency.
