    There's nothing wrong with constructive discussion about the market, openly considering both points of view.

    The more money you have invested in any asset, the more attention you should pay to the possibility you might be wrong.

    There is no doubt people are going to get cleaned for everything they have if this turns around. Given the facts on the table, that time is rapidly approaching.

    What's your prediction for the next 5 years? 10% growth per year? I'm not sure how you can expect capital gains from here with such low yields and rising interest rates.

    That being said, wouldn't you expect a wave of selling soon?
