hello to all holders and anyone else that cares to post here.

I have been pondering this post for a while, IMHO how long now before MZI is flat out taken over by RCF???

MZI have improved their processing plant, gained additional off take agreements and on this appear to be entering into a phase of finally being cash flow positive. yet SP is continually sold down to current level, even when RCF own over 45% of stock. recent trading is reflecting an effort by someone to hold SP at current level. until the last few days the sell bid was at 24c yet we have constant trading at 20.5c, no sell bids in between.
IMHO only and it is only an opinion, management are fully aware of this, hence the recent announcement of appointing a financial adviser?? why on earth do they need this, no one with in the company is capable???
is this a last ditch effort to save the company from takeover. Martin Purvis,s appointment may be very short term?
IMHO only again, recent trading is probably RCF washing shares, keeping SP at this point and i really fear an announcement in the near future stating current 20 or 30 day moving average is 20-23 cents, we are offering 25% on that to takeover the remaining shares, how generous are we or something to that effect.

all the above is only my opinion but it really is starting to stand out badly!
