It's a great theory rebel, and I have no doubt that effforts to move in this direction are probable.
But, attempting to confine humans to particular order or way of life presents enormous problems. Let's face it, human ingenuity knows no bounds. Just have a look at computer viruses, trojans, worms etc.
Consider a black market whereby tokens have an agreed value and become defacto money.
If the elite were that smart, the internet would never have got off the ground.
Remember the attempt by government to introduce the Australia card?
