Every ethic cultural cohort has it's very own regression to the mean behavioural place, all individual humans do also (see max security jails and Christianity for either end of this spectrum in 1st world countries)...for any culture to beat this most normal behavioural place takes extra effort and usually another different culture to facilitate and maintain...... In science those lucky enough to own the result of higher Darwinian group selection over time.
What we have seeing in SA after over 2 decades of communism/progressive collectivism is a behavioural de-evolution back toward it's very own and unique regression to the mean position (happens even in family's/business etc when any behaviouraly higher than the existing average person might leave or die)...cannot be stopped without selecting for higher again...anyone who's cultural regression to the mean place is not as low as what the group forces upon them had bloody well get out before they become simple state facilitated machete fodder...many thousands have fled already. Georgia I think has an open humanitarian intake invitation that many are taking up.
