Not suggesting leaks are from management however they have over 100 NDAs signed up. Those parties unfortunately are more aware of what's going on than us shareholders and it takes just one of those to tell friend of a friend. I have noticed that the sp has drifted lower in the lead up to the benign announcements except a few years back when it rallied a few days out of one of the few positive announcements. Maybe a tighter ship these days - don't know.

FYI I did email management on the 'production' cap raise in 2018 and asked does this mean production will be within the next 3-6 months. The answer was the transition to production will commence when the chip design has been frozen. As soon as we are able to announce the chip specifications we will do so. They did imply late 2018 however as we all now know that did not happen.
