Yep the Party sponsorship by big business is a cancer. The only way out of it that I can see is to totally ban it, and allocate the funds for electioneering from tax dollars, say $20mil for majors then a sliding scale down for miniors, fully audited. A Govt beholden to donors cannot be working in the best interets of the nation, as is obvious with the Lnp. Also the process of Lobyists must be made transparent and able to be revealed on demand. There's so much back door crap that happens on the sly that needs to end. Ethical Govt also means transparent Govt.
