from what I see - the decades of quiet have been a disaster for Oz

the role of citizens in a democracy between elections is to be active - to grind on government and to protest

Ozzies were quiet as mice when freedom was bleeding away

that's what I saw

and if one leaves it to election day - all is lost, the game is already over
