    Good afternoon all,

So, Steven Conroy has set a deadline for the end of the month for TLS negotiations with the NBN. Whats happens if there is no agreement what so ever?

Well, I doubt there will be no agreement. Here is why:

    - Rudd is plummeting in the opinion polls. There many reasons for this (ETS, Super Tax, Over-spending, Pink Bats). One reason is spending too many tax payers dollars for unsubstantial outcome. The NBN will be much cheaper (billions) if TLS are brought to the party and agree to a buy-out.

    - There are too many TLS shareholders, mums and dads of working class families, that will vote with their feet if TLS loses more value.

    - Why double up on infrastructure, Government should be about cost saving and improving competition through efficiencies.

    - The NBN may not be viable if TLS out competes.

anyway, we will all know by the end of the month. Personally (DYOR), I am holding out until then on a favorable outcome, that will put us back up to $3.40+.

May the pain soon reside.....thoughts anyone....?
