There are two problems with this that I see

2 - It quotes the IPCC
The IPCC is a sham - full stop. It is not independent and it's terms of reference are nonsense and only relate to CO2 - no other components like say the sun's radiation. The ABC is ,,,well enough said.
Remember that the IPCC changed the rhetoric from global warming to climate becasue the records of late point to a reduction in average temperatures.
Some FACTS that may be worth considering.
The earth has warmed and cooled periodically for billions of years.
When it is in the cooling phase life ends. Food does not grow and disease sets in killing en mass - think the great plague which occured during a cooler period, but nothing like the scale of an ice age. So in fact we may be burning fossil fuels soon to try and warm the place up (futile of course)
The heating bit comes from the sums radiation so unless we can do something about that then forget the fantasy that humans can control the globes climate, please.
The only sobering part is that people who don't understand the science and the facts rather than the scaremongering keep feeding the argument.
It's as tragic as believing in any of the 2000+ gods that humans have concocted to either explain stuff they don't understand (remember Thor was responsible for thunder) or to manipulate the uninformed.
