The really sad thing about this is that we never stood a chance. Why does ASIC even exist as it does nothing when the facts that we presented were clearly in our favour.
The big corporations run this country and small shareholders are cannon fodder for this corruption time and time again.
If the courts could not see that this was one of the biggest con jobs in recent history I am Santa Claus.
I am sure that the administrators the judges and the seven network are all drinking together at their private members club celebrating stitching up the man on the street..
Shame on all of them, we get nothing they get the future spoils of our investments.
Happy Christmas to all of us, may the administrators and everybody else involved in this corporate crime take a good hard look at themselves, but I guess they have no shame or morals and sleep soundly knowing they have robbed some decent hard working people of a lot of money.
