re: jpr already has license Yep my post may have been overlooked by the new thread.

I suspect some of the dumping may be a reaction to those who did not think that JPR had already been issued licenses and approvals required by the Malaysian Government for the IPO, from previous JPR annoucements this is not the case.

Read in what you will at this but if you are now one of the few operators with a license, it suddenly has come on the radar of others wanting a piece of the action and not able to gain licenses and or investors from the other projects now suspended.

I have attached the extract from previous annoucement to confirm licenses:

Government Approvals
As previously announced, Jupiter Biofuels has received its licence from the Malaysian
Industrial Development Authority (MIDA) to build the biodiesel plant and has now also
received confirmation that it has been granted tax pioneer status which will exempt 100%
of Jupiter Biofuels operating income from taxation in Malaysia for an initial period of
five (5) years from the date of commencing commercial operations.
No other approvals are currently outstanding in terms of what will be required to satisfy
the requirements of proceeding to an Initial Public Offering of Jupiter Biofuels Limited.
