Agree.... it has to come together as a package with end-user helping with finance as banks are not keen to lend atm...the neighbours are 'trialling' 1000 tonnes of ore for 40 tonnes concentrate in Q3....and then talk 'real deals' of 10-20 ktpa seems a great innovation...if all good then they initially only have to build a cheaper, easier to finance small scale plant that can be upsized quickly when demand requires.....this will be an interesting arrangement and maybe give other hopefuls a blueprint on the way to go with this difficult 'chicken and egg' scenario.... getting production started and proven will attract more BOA's imo.
