I still believe all these early OTA's are subject to a whole raft of conditions being satisfied, and parties can walk if they are not satisfied.

As an interesting article in the WA Business News yesterday re lithium company PLS stated - extract......"Bank funding was not considered a feasible option for Pilbara, as its Pilgangoora project relies on Chinese offtake partners for its revenue". Might also be another reason why MNS gave their Chinese OTA's the "flick"? .
