In all my time investing, I have never been involved with a stock with this type of reporting issue.
If it is not bad enough that it has taken 1 year to progress TH - like actually submitting the damn work plan (still no news about that) and no news regarding 'negotiations' from interested parties on TZN's other assets, now reporting is not even done on time.
Whoever is responsible for this, should be made accountable, particularly if there is an adverse effect on the shareprice and therefore of detriment to shareholders.
