My point is, how much of a fire would be lit under Kin if everyone that posted here started to call? Instead of moaning into your keyboard, pick up the phone and actually apply some pressure by asking the tough questions.

I'll go as far as saying if you are moaning on HC but couldn't be bothered actually pushing the company leaders then you are part of the problem. Because you aren't letting them know that SH's are unhappy, you're letting them think everyone is satisfied and quiet, therefore everything is fine.

Good post but I am actually ok with management, LS was never skyrocket us within 2years of purchase.. but the watch is on from now.
