states that the lobbyists of Volkswagen are pushing the EU to release new car exhausts norms that would make it impossible to produce new gas or diesel cars. The regulation might go active by 2025. YIKES!!!
The article does however not mention if imported cars nor if trucks might be affected. But based on the norms that are active today I'd guess so.
