    id really like to see something along the lines of new land acquisition announced before too long.

    J50/J51 will only provide a certain shelf life for these guys and no serious investors are going to get too excited based on these projects alone IMO.

    i am sure there is something in the works as GG has alluded to it in past announcements but we need ink on paper before any serious rerating will happen
