Thanks KKW, just wondering what would happen if the Liquidators pay the FAR debt, wouldn't that release Erin from the inabilty to sell? Unlikely given they are in liquidation I know but I dont think Erin owe FAR that much.
I will certainly be a lot more comfortable if this gets sorted before the drill. Funny things will happen if the drill is successful and FAR hasnt got the 20%
