Clear as mud...imo... with the SA Govt 'on the hook' for $270m you can imagine the embassy pressure... I speculate (cough) that this has delayed the Petronas farmin approval.. all part and parcel of dealing in these jurisdictions..... I want Samoa drilled as much as DB.. but for quite different reasons.... fascinating all the same...imo
