Interesting, I know quite a few right-wingers who are glued to the ABC - its because it is a good media and news service compared to the commercial stations.
They put on some pretty good high-brow documentaries and good discussion, which make a great change from watching Big Bogan or whatever tripe the commercial stations are serving up.
Personally I don't watch a ton of it myself as I don't watch much television at all, but you are right, if I did then it would be the ABC for sure.
