And yet, He has not revealed to You what appears the screamingly obvious and that being,........John 1:1.........and God was the Word. Yes, the very SAME God that 1:1 first speaks of = The God.
In the beginning was the Word = the likes of Eph 3:9 - And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things;
Isa 44:24 - Thus saith Yahweh thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I Yahweh that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself;
Mal 3:1 makes it VERY CLEAR, John would at FIRST be making the way, path straight (truth) for the Almighty God and Father first before the SUDDEN appearance of Jesus. The opener of the Book of John does EXACTLY that = first 13 verses are only about the Almighty God and Father and then at 1:14 we see the sudden appearance, mention of Jesus.
1:14 And the Word (part of as in Eph 3:9) flesh became.......
1:4 In Him (God) life was = And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things;and that life (Eph 3:9, word of God) was the life of men = Psa 119:105.
