I think that comment about connections to vibrations and energies is right. I’ve had a good look at light therapies and sound therapy and a few others that deal slightly outside the visible physical realm
id be interested in past life therapy but you need to know someone who is real to do that I think but I do believe that - I think. I certainly think we have connections to places and events that are either that or some sort of genetic memory.
