The thread title sums up my opinion of Wah Nam, and those BRM executives they have corrupted, and professional services firms who are enabling this grand theft to take place.

How any regulator cannot see the unfittness of Wah Nam to hold office in an ASX public company is beyond me. ASIC has the opportunity to step in and try to stop the fraud on minority shareholders that is occurring, which would make up for its egregious errors o judgment that got BRM into this poisonous position in the first place - but I have no confidence in ASIC now.
