Duplicity doesn't come cheap Phillip. Wah Nam have budgeted $2.6M to pay their "advisors". That's almost 10% of the cost they aim to secure the company for!
Why not pay them in Wah Nam shares? If it is good enough for us, why isn't it good enough for them? Wonder what the valuation from Delloite would have been then?
