I doubt the Starck offtake agreement is worth the paper its written on ....imo.
Starcks is owned by a couple of hedge funds ... each with their own problems now (Carlyle and Advent) ...... control may soon pass and all bets may be off!

I doubt the Egyptian Ministry is amused by GIPs never ending promises .... there may well come a point soon where GIP loses its entitlement to the project...

And even if a 20% equity raising were to be achieved .... at what price ..2p?? 1p?? How many 'new' shares is that??
